I love cycling and want to give you the opportunity to love it too
The Whole Cyclist is you
You may be a recreational cyclist, a club cyclist or new to cycling with the intention of losing weight and getting healthy. You may have a bucket list goal you want to achieve. Whatever your intention, once per week an article will be posted to help your cycling technique, how you go about training, or focus on allowing your mind to let your body go, where you want it to. Many small bricks make a building; a number of aspects will accumulate and enhance your cycling journey and this is the Whole Cyclist approach.
Simplicity
This site is intentionally simple with short articles and limited pictures and pages. Our lives are full of sensory overload so this is a place to step away, and have clarity on what you want to achieve and how you will achieve it. If you read an article and want to know more, make a suggestion in the comments box, or ask a question and these will form later articles. Likewise, if something inspires you share it, and allow others to learn and love their cycling journey. If you have a blog or a website to re-post articles, go for it! The articles on this website are not copyrighted. All I ask in return is that you link to the original article on this website to show where it came from.
